Welcome to Kvarner Park Villa. We are very pleased that you chose our house for your vacation.
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules.
At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with and agrees with the house rules and that he agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here. Failure to comply with the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation and the full price of the stay regardless of the earlier forced departure.
House Rules
- When you arrive at the apartment, please provide your identity card or passport to the host for registration at the Tourist Office.
- Bed linen is included in the price and is changed every 7 days. While using the house, you maintain order and cleanliness yourself. During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- The host can enter the facility without the presence of the guest only in cases where he has a reasonable suspicion that the facility or the guest’s property is threatened, and when he has a reasonable suspicion of a violation of the rules of the house.
- Noise is not desirable in the house or around the pool, especially during the night rest from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition to appealing to the exemplary behavior of adults, please pay attention to the behavior of children during the game and to the noise.
- Please take care of the house, turn off electrical appliances and close the taps. In particular, do not leave the air conditioner on unnecessarily when you are not in the house or use it with open windows and doors. When leaving the house, please close all doors and windows and lower the umbrellas so that in case of a sudden storm, thunder or draft, no damage is caused.
- Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or for the whole day, nor to use the inventory without the express permission of the host. If people are found who are not registered or who were not announced during the reservation, the host or the agency has the full right to cancel the accommodation of all guests. If you will be away for more than 2 days, please inform the host.
- A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes damage or damage to property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the resulting damage. We ask for responsible behavior and handling. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to personally invite the host to look at all rooms and household appliances in his presence to prove that everything is in order. Only then does the guest have the right to leave the accommodation.
- We kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of your departure so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who arrive after you and have the right to enter until 4:00 p.m. Staying in the house after 10:00 a.m. unconditionally entails the payment of the daily price without the possibility of further stay in the accommodation unit. The keys are returned at the end of the stay.
- Accommodation will be canceled for a guest who does not comply with the house rules and disturbs the peace. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host or the agency due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay. If you decide to end your contracted stay earlier, you are obliged to pay for the entire stay reservation. The price for the use of rooms and apartments for the entire contracted period is charged immediately upon arrival or in advance.
- Please clean the grill after using it, so that it is available for other users. Guests provide coal themselves. We also ask you to be careful when handling the grill to avoid an unwanted fire.
- Please take care of the house and be considerate of the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house. It is not allowed to move the furniture between the rooms, and to take the internal equipment to another accommodation unit, outside the house or to the beach of the pool.
- Please fold the umbrellas after use and in case of wind. Any resulting damage must be compensated.
- In ground rooms, due to the presence of plants and forest – it is completely normal that sometimes a small house spider or a small insect appears. You can easily vacuum them with a vacuum cleaner.
- There are no pests such as mites, bedbugs and the like in the living space.
- Complaints are accepted within 24 hours of arrival. Please leave the house clean after your visit.
