Kvarner Park Villa is a house created with quality of life in mind – there is something for everybody to find.
You will have two separate comfortable floors at you disposal, each equipped with multiple bedrooms, terraces, bathrooms, wi-fi and smart+sat TVs, ACs, kitchen, dining area and a working space – as well as common outside areas like garden house, swimming pool and the grill.

Very friendly hosts, looked well after us. The accomodation was very easy to find and is very nice and cozy. Enough room for a family of 4, good kitchen, large enough living room with airconditioning and 2 comfortable bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each. The bedrooms have no a/c instead they have ceiling fans.
Outside a nice area to chill and to barbecue. The pool is a truly highlight – quite large and well built.

Perfect family vacation in a dream villa
We spent 11 days with our three children in Veky’s villa and had a great experience from the very beginning. The villa was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and very well equipped. Especially the swimming pool and the beautiful garden with a fig tree were the highlight of our stay. Veky and Silke were extremely kind and accommodating, so we felt welcome and at home from the first moment. Shopping is nearby, and you can reach the sea in a few minutes.
The villa offers everything you need for a perfect family vacation – the outdoor areas with pool, garden and barbecue are well maintained and welcoming. We fully recommend this villa and sincerely thank Veky and Zeljka for their hospitality.
